Christmas Mini Sessions

We had SOOO much fun at the 2016 Christmas minis this year! The lovely Emma ran these sessions over two Sundays in two different locations (because we just couldn't decide!). She even brought along her Go Pro, so I had a little fun with it ;)

So what better way to share what its like behind the scenes on a mini session, side by side with the final images we are putting it in this blog for you to see for yourself! We look forward to doing many more behind the scenes, and incorporating video in the future, just so many special moments to unlock in every session.

FARM MINIS

Our first mini session Sunday was at a private farm located in Glen Forbes, that we often utilise for our farm / country sessions! The sun was beaming, and we soon turned into red lobsters... but despite the after math and the white stripes (I'm still wearing the stripes), we had heaps of fun with Gunny the Christmas Pony, and all those who took the trip out to the tip of the hill! So lets take a look at what we got up to!

I may have spent a lot of time hiding behind a chair, and near missing the pile of poop I had to squat over (minor oversight lol), but Emma did the hard work to produce some stunning images... see below.

BEACH MINIS

Our second Sunday session was held on the beautiful sandy beaches of Inverloch! This time we weren't making the same mistake and getting roasted... fortunately for us the cloud came over. It may have been a little cooler session, but everyone made their way across the sand to join us in our diftwood teepee trees (we did not make these.... we aren't that skilled lol). With some silly moments (after a full night shooting a wedding), the beach was lots of fun! So lets check out our silly antics, behind the scenes...

We may have been covered in sand by the end, especially Em, but it was so worth it! See some of our final images below!
